Domestic grant

EV Chargepoint Grant (flats, renters & landlords)

Since 2022, homeowners with their own driveway are no longer eligible for a home charging grant — but renters, flat owners/leaseholders and residential landlords still can be. As an OZEV approved installer we handle the grant application and claim on your behalf as part of the installation.

Flats & Renters Grant — for tenants and flat owners with dedicated off-street parking
Residential Landlord Chargepoint Grant — for landlords installing chargers across rental properties, up to 200 sockets

Grant rates and eligibility are set by OZEV and can change — we'll confirm the current amount and what evidence you'll need before any work starts. Full detail is on the official GOV.UK grant guidance.

Business grant

Workplace Charging Scheme (WCS)

The Workplace Charging Scheme helps businesses across Slough, Uxbridge and the wider region fund charge points for staff and fleet vehicles. We're OZEV approved to install and claim under the WCS, including for state-funded schools and colleges.

How it works

From survey to switch-on

1. Survey

We check your consumer unit, supply and parking to confirm the install is straightforward.

2. Grant check

We confirm your eligibility and handle the OZEV application paperwork.

3. Install

Typically a half-day job, including any consumer unit work needed to support the charger circuit.

4. Sign-off

Certification issued and the grant claimed directly, so it's deducted from your final bill.
